Who's actually best right now, measured in points. It's not the standings: a team that beats good teams by a lot ranks above one that keeps squeaking by.

How to read it

  1. 1
    How much you win by. Average points scored minus allowed. Blowouts count up to 25, so running up the score doesn't pay.
  2. 2
    Who you played. Add the average rating of your opponents. Winning by 5 against good teams beats winning by 10 against bad ones.
  3. 3
    Where you played. Teams with extra home games give a little back, since home court is worth points.

The result is how many points better than an average team you'd be on a neutral floor. +6 means you'd beat an average team by about 6. The full math
